Pinoy BBQ Lobster

INGREDIENTS

Pinoy BBQ Sauce

2 c Soy Sauce

1 c Jufran banana ketchup

1 c Sprite

.5 c Patis (Fish Sauce)

1 c water

1 c Sweet and Sour Sauce

.5 c Brown Sugar to taste

“Slurry”

2 Tbsp Cornstarch

4 Tbsp Cold Water

STEPS

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a soup pot.

In a separate bowl, mix the corn starch into cold water then add to the bbq sauce

Sauce can be used to marinate and glaze the lobster when grilling
