In our March 10 newsletter, we introduced Chef Marcus Twilegar and his new restaurant - Adobo House. Marcus is a San Diego local and his made his mark on the seafood scene by working with the local fishermen. He was part of the fish to families program during the COVID-19 pandemic. Marcus operates dockside fish n chips each Saturday at the market serving poke, ceviche, fish n chips, and the occasional species!
We covered the upcoming end to the spiny lobster season, and featured a Pinoy BBQ lobster recipe from Chef Marcus.
